I’m Pam, and I’m excited to share my love of staying healthy by boosting my immunity through lifestyle, fitness and diet.
I was not always healthy and it has been a journey to get where I am today.
In my youth, I struggled to stay healthy. My trips to the doctor’s office were frequent. I could not understand why I was always sick.
In my early adulthood, I started to eat properly, and exercise on a regular basis. Reducing stress through fitness and lifestyle changes was the best thing ever.
I discovered that taking supplements and vitamins gave me the additional boost that I needed to build a strong immunity system. My healthy choices has been the most natural way to ward off illness and disease. As I age gracefully, I find that I look and feel 15 – 20 years younger than most people my age.
The best medicine for health is a healthy lifestyle, which includes a balanced diet, physical activity and effective stress management.
